The Committee reviews the financial procedures of the Parish and gives advice to the Pastor about spending Parish funds. The Pastor is obliged to consult this committee when any new expenditure is over $25,000. The Pastor makes the final decision about the allocation of the funds because, as the administrator of the Parish, he has the local responsibility for the Parish.

Who May Participate: Members of the Finance Committee are appointed by the Pastor. A serious effort is made to find members who are representative of the whole Parish and who have special skills in regards to finances and building maintenance.
